ANCEFA The scope of Education for All in the African coalition aims to promote the participation of civil society in policies to ensure universal and free education for all, and also focuses on international issues such as poverty, AIDS and gender equity.

Campaña Mundial por la Educación An International coalition of NGO’s, unions in the field of education, school centers and social movements. It defends education as a human right, putting political pressure on governments and the international community to fulfill its commitment of offering quality public education. It internationally promotes and coordinates the Global Action Week.

Cejil The Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL) is a non-governmental organization (NGO), founded in 1991 by a group of prominent human rights defenders in Latin America and the Caribbean. Is has consultative status before the Organization of American States (OAS), the United Nations (UN) and observer status before the African Commission of Human Rights.

CEPAL The Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLA), which is headquartered in Santiago, Chile, is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations. It was founded with the purpose of contributing to the economic development of Latin America, coordinating actions directed towards this end, and reinforcing economic ties among countries and with other nations of the world. The promotion of the region's social development was later included among its primary objectives.

Citizen Education Observatory – OCE With headquarters in México, the Observatory aims to analyze, discuss and present, in an informative and critical manner, the Mexican educational situation so that the Mexican citizens have enough elements of analysis to dialog with the education authorities and activate public responsibility over education. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.

DeJusticia The Center of Law, Justice and Society (DeJusticia), participates in debates on law, institutions, and public policies in Colombia and Latin America through research and advocacy that promote human rights and social equity, and deepen democracy and the rule of law.

Education International The organization represents more than 30.000.000 educational staff. There are 348 member organizations in 169 countries and territories, from Early Childhood to University education.

ICAE The International Council for Adult Education is a global network created in 1973, composed of non-governmental organizations, regional, national and sectoral networks in more than 75 countries. ICAE is an NGO in formal consultative relations with UNESCO and with consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). It is a strategic network that promotes adult learning as a tool for active citizenship and informed participation of people.

Institute of Education of the Centro American University - IDEUCA Academic department of the Centro Americana University, specialized in the area of education with experience in research on advocacy in educational policies. It aims at the generation of capacities and models for the permanent innovation and development of Nicaragua and Central America. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.

OEI The Organization of Ibero-American States for the Education, Science and Culture (OEI) is an international organization for inter-governmental cooperation between the Ibero-American countries in the field of education, science, technology and culture in the context of integral development, democracy and regional integration.

ParlaRED The ParlaRED is a space of exchange and reflection, formed by, and for, legislators from Latin America and Caribe, linked by the Commissions of Education at the Parliaments which are members of the Latin American Parliament (Parlatino).

Parlatino The Latin American Parliament (Parlatino) is a regional, permanent and unicameral organism, integrated nowadays by 22 national Parliaments of Latin America. Some of its goals are the defense of democracy, the Latin American integration, the negotiated resolution of international controversies, and the prevalence of friendship and cooperation between the States.

Peru Education Forum Situated in Peru, it is a plural network whose purpose is to turn education into a priority theme on the national agenda, participating, promoting public debate, generating and articulating proposals and agreements, activating the empowerment of social society to influence in the formulation, implementation and supervision of educational policies and promoting their effectiveness in the field of Peruvian educational rights, equity and quality. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.

Public Policies Laboratory An academic organization also promoting social, educational and cultural activities in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), launched in Brazil, in the year 2000, with the aim of developing research, analysis, technical support and support to participative and democratic public policies. It also has headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.

The International Institute of Educational Planning - IIPE This is a centre for training and research in educational planning. Created by UNESCO in 1963, it is a forum for the exchange of ideas and concepts about educational planning and management.

The Latin-American Forum of Educational Policy (FLAPE) An inter-institutional network aimed at generating, broadening and giving voice to the institutions of civil society the promote democratic processes of educational exchange, defend public education and the development of social mobilization policies centered on equality and inclusion in the countries of the region, in citizen participation and in the recognition of the undeniable right to quality education for all Latin-Americans.

The Right to Education Project (RTE) This is a research site about the human right to education. It was developed by Katarina Tomasevski, the first special rapporteur for the right to education of the Commission of Human Rights in the United Nations.
