CEPAL
The Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLA), which is headquartered in Santiago, Chile, is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations. It was founded with the purpose of contributing to the economic development of Latin America, coordinating actions directed towards this end, and reinforcing economic ties among countries and with other nations of the world. The promotion of the region's social development was later included among its primary objectives.

Citizen Education Observatory – OCE
With headquarters in México, the Observatory aims to analyze, discuss and present, in an informative and critical manner, the Mexican educational situation so that the Mexican citizens have enough elements of analysis to dialog with the education authorities and activate public responsibility over education. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.

The International Council for Adult Education is a global network created in 1973, composed of non-governmental organizations, regional, national and sectoral networks in more than 75 countries. ICAE is an NGO in formal consultative relations with UNESCO and with consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). It is a strategic network that promotes adult learning as a tool for active citizenship and informed participation of people.

The Latin American Parliament (Parlatino) is a regional, permanent and unicameral organism, integrated nowadays by 22 national Parliaments of Latin America. An academic organization also promoting social, educational and cultural activities in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), launched in Brazil, in the year 2000, with the aim of developing research, analysis, technical support and support to participative and democratic public policies. It also has headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is a member institution of the Latin-American Forum of Educational Policies.
